Keith Sumner Custom Homes is owned and operated by Ellijay, GA native, Keith Sumner. Keith and Crystal Sumner still live in Ellijay with their daughter Ansley (This is their Keith Sumner Custom Home in the background!). Keith specializes in building custom homes in North Georgia in and around Gilmer, Union, Towns and Fannin Counties. Keith, and his crew foreman (and brother-in-law) Daniel Low, both have an amazing attention to detail, and each of their homes have taste and style built in since Keith and Daniel will not build a home any other way. One of the trademarks is the incredible stone work incorporated into each home. Keith got his start in landscaping and stone work, and it shows today whether it is the stone fireplaces, or the stone steps leading up to each and every home. Keith also owns many properties in and around Blue Ridge and Ellijay that he can build on, including golf course, mountain, river, and lake view lots. Prices will vary depending on the lot and type of home, but they start at just $200,000.
